I subscribed back in early December but never received the Christmas issue. Is my first issue supposed to be the March one??
I subscribed around the first of the year. When should I receive a msg?
I subscribed before Jan 1 with the $5 subscription price, but have yet to receive my first issue. Is there a problem, or is it just taking longer than expected? Can’t wait!
subscription has still not arrived… I’m not being patient anymore. I order nearly 2 months ago, got an update in January that my magazine would be mailed in 7-10 days.. that was 20 days ago.
I am ready to resign and ask for my $5 back. Disappointed. Really poor customer service.
I haven’t received mine either. I also ordered it nearly 2 months ago and received an e-mail that the magazine would be here in 7-10 days. That’s been 20 days ago also. When can I expect the magazine?? Thank you
Wow I have to imagine that not one of these people have ever subscribed to a magazine before. I have been subscribing to magazines for probably 20 yrs and it has always been an allow 8 to 12 wks for your first issue. One lady subscribes in Dec and wants to know why she didint get the Christmas issue? Since when do Christmas issues come out in December??? Try beg. of Nov easily! I would just give the people back their $5 that want the refund, you arent making any money in fact I imagine you are losing money on those subscriptions anyway! It has to cost you more than that to ship a yrs worth! I have seen them say over and over again that anyone who ordered by Jan 1 would be receiving the March issue. I would just hold tight people, you cannot buy a magazine in the store for $5 for one issue.Everyone I buy is $10.per issue I can wait for my March issue, it looks like its going to be great!!! I believe the issue is when several…lots..of us subscribed druing one of their deep discount offerings, we were told our first issue would be the winter issue. We have received the email saying they would be sent within a week and that was almost a month ago. Then, when people post a comment on a comment section where you might expect at least a general reply or notice of them running late or looking into it, etc..and you get nothing, it is frustrating.
OMG. I was one of the lucky ones to win a lifetime subscription. How awesome is that? Thank you very much. And, thanks to Donna from Funky Junk Interiors or I wouldn’t even be looking around. I love all the photos of the flowers. Makes me want to get out there & start planting and in our neck of the woods that is possible this time of year. Again, Thank you.
